Mr. Ikhlasul Amal indicate TLM staffs able to do blog because they have
enough [spare?] time.
From my opinion, blog is attractive and become very fashionable lately.
Blogging is more about the spirit and willingness to open our vision to the
world [plus added simple extra know how in blogging of course 
] .
Wheter you have spare time or not, how busy you are, I believe when we have
the spirit, everyone could blog. At this present time, blogging activity
doesn’t need to take much time anymore. Mobile blogging or mail blogging
give more simple way to blog … anytime … anywhere. And added to that
reason, TLKM owned biggest infrastructure in providing Internet Access so
it’s normal that their employee have enough access to the internet [does'nt
necessarily mean enough time]. So when we know how, and the spirit is there
…… blogging is easy.
But once again, hope Mr. Ikhlasul Amal wrote the post based on deep
research on our work habbit, so we could optimize our performance for TLKM
and still could do “happy blogging”.
